This listing is for the Milan Micro-Marble Fireplace Suite only, the Ora Electric Stove is not included (please see separate listing). 
 
We are sad to be saying goodbye to our popular Milan Fireplace Suite to make room for a new addition to the showroom. The Milan is a wonderful option for those with a smaller space to fill but still wanting to add a cosy fireplace feature. Supplied with a pre-cut 16"x22" opening for a standard-size fire. Made in a stunning Polar White Micro-Marble, suitable for all electric fires and select gas fires (please refer to your gas safe installer).

Please ensure you have checked all measurements before purchasing. All ex-display suites are dismantled into 2-3 pieces before collection for transportation (hearth, body & shelf) and require a 1-3 week wait to allow our engineers to remove from display.
 
All ex-display items are collection only. However, if this is not an option, please call the showroom to enquire as we may be able to accommodate local delivery.
 
All ex-display items are non-returnable and come with a short-term 2 month warranty. 
 
We recommend all ex-display items are viewed in person before purchasing to ensure you are happy with the condition. However we will disclose any noticeable damages in the listing.
