Delivery

Deliveries are made using either our own transport or reputable carriers, although we recommend you collect due to the fragile nature of a lot of our products.

For security and health and safety reasons, it is required that someone is present to receive the goods in all cases. In the event of a 'palletised' delivery it is advised that at least two persons are present to accept delivery, as the drivers are only allowed to place the pallet at the entrance to the property. Unpacking and moving of goods is the responsibility of the customer, and the pallet is left for customers to dispose of themselves.

All deliveries require checking AND a signature stating 'received in good condition' as standard. Please open and inspect goods in the presence of the delivery driver, as we will accept no responsibility for damage after the driver has left. Once goods are signed for they are deemed the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason the goods are delivered damaged, such damage must be reported by email/phone within 24 hours of arrival, whereupon arrangements will be made for such replacements as deemed necessary.

We are not liable for any costs incurred by you or any loss of earnings. For example, if a delivery is delayed in anyway and you have to rebook an installer then we are not liable for any extra charges that the installer may charge you. We always recommend that you do not book an installer until you are in receipt of the goods. We are also not liable for any loss of earnings as a result of you taking time off work to accept a delivery if it is late or delayed.

Returns

You can return your fire for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. However, return postage is not provided so this will need to be arranged by the customer with a courier of their choosing. The appliance and its components must be unused and in all original packaging. If you wish to return your item after the 14 day period there will be a restocking fee, this is often between 20-30% of the sale price and will be based on the manufacturer. The item will still need to be unused and in all original packaging. Please contact our showroom to start the return process.

Before making a purchase via our website we recommend you discuss your requirements with your installer. Gasco Fireplace Gallery does not take responsibility for ensuring your purchase is suitable for your site, despite any general advice given over the phone or by email. Your installer must be consulted to guarantee suitability. If your item is incorrect, please refer to our returns policy above and report within 14 days. Once your item has been received we can look to process a suitable exchange or refund. If a price difference is applicable then this will need to first be settled. If installation has been attempted and any components used, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund or exchange as the original item can no longer be sold as new.

If any parts are missing from the delivery and can be proved to have been ordered in the first instance, then these also need to be reported by email within 24 hours of arrival. Failure to comply with this may incur further delivery charges for any parts missing.​
Servicing

All gas appliances must be serviced at least once a year by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer during the Warranty period and recommended after. When the warranty period has expired you are welcome to call our sales team who will be happy to take your details and arrange for a service engineer to call if you are local and experience any issues.
Pricing

All prices stated within the showroom and site are fully inclusive of VAT at the current rate. In the unfortunate event of price rises from our suppliers, Gasco Fireplace Gallery reserves the right to revise the price of goods until the display prices are updated in the showroom and online.
Online Orders VS Showroom Orders

GasCo Fireplace Gallery is able to offer the discounted prices on this site due to products being 'Supply Only' sales. Should you have been into our showroom, had a free/low cost local survey, want to use our installation expertise or have received a considerable amount of advice/recommendations/design ideas from one of our staff, we reserve the right to offer a revised price to account for our services/showroom operation.
Website Usage

Gasco Fireplace Gallery will not accept liability in the event of computer viruses being inadvertently transmitted to users, either from the website or from the use of third party websites to which the site provides links. Gasco Fireplace Gallery will also not accept liability for any loss of business due to the lack of access to our website due to any such failure or maintenance to said website.
Spare Parts

Spare parts are ONLY available with the correct part number, make and model of appliance and most importantly the serial number. Spare parts unfortunately cannot be returned/refunded if ordered incorrectly.
Warranty

If you have a problem with your appliance within the warranty period and you have your receipt or invoice showing the date of purchase, a call will be made to the manufacturers. The manufacturers are obliged to rectify the problem within a reasonable timescale and must be given the opportunity to correct an issue.
Accuracy of Information

The information, description, dimensions etc of all product is provided by such manufacturers, and as much as we endeavour to keep the information correct, we cannot take responsibility for typographical errors that may occur. If you require verification of any information it is advised that you ring the help line to clarify. Gasco Fireplace Gallery reserve the right to change specification and design of fireplaces designed by Gasco Fireplace Gallery without formal notice.
